Manteniment
El PRBB, a través de Serveis Generals, gestiona el manteniment integral de l’edifici i les seves infraestructures (electricitat, fontaneria, ascensors, clima, etc…). Es disposa d’un programa informà tic (PRISMA) per a la notificació i enregistrament de les incidències relacionades amb aquestes infraestructures. L’ús i accés a aquet programa està regulat per cada centre en particular, que disposa del seu propi circuit per a tramitar els avisos i les reparacions. Consulteu amb el responsable de serveis generals del vostre centre qualsevol qüestió relacionada amb les reparacions i el manteniment.
Si trobeu algun problema o desperfecte a les instal·lacions comuns (passadissos, vestÃbuls, terrasses, cafeteria, plaça interior...) podeu avisar al personal de seguretat, tel 1020, mòbil 696869713.
Neteja
La neteja de l’edifici la fa una empresa externa. Els responsables dels serveis generals dels centres canalitzen les reclamacions i necessitats de cada centres. En cas d’urgència, (vessaments, trencadisses o altres) podeu avisar directament a Seguretat: tel: 1020, mòbil 696 86 97 13
Auditori
Es disposa de dos tipus de tarifes per utilitzar l’Auditori del PRBB: la tarifa interna que s’aplica en tots els actes organitzats pels centres del PRBB, i la tarifa externa, quan l’organitzador és una empresa o institució aliena al parc. Consulteu les normes de funcionament i les tarifes clicant aquÃ.

El·lipse
Des del PRBB editem mensualment el periòdic El·lipse, que es dissenya i elabora en col·laboració amb els centres. El comitè editorial està format pels responsables de comunicació dels centres i els departaments de Comunicació i Relacions Públiques del PRBB.
Podeu col·laborar en les seccions obertes i fer qualsevol mena de proposta per a properes edicions. Per això cal que us poseu en contacte amb el/la responsable de comunicació del vostre centre o bé directament amb la Maruxa MartÃnez, redactora cientÃfica del PRBB (tel. 1013, e-mail mmartinez@prbb.org)

Maintenance
A single company is in charge of the maintenance of the whole building, but
The PRBB, through General Services, manages the integral maintenance of the building and its infrastructures (electricity, plumbing, lifts, temperature, etc.). There is a computer program (PRISMA) for the notification and registration of the problems related to these infrastructures. The use and access to this program is regulated by each centre, which has its own circuit for the processing of warnings and reparations. Please do ask the responsible of the general services of your centre about any question related to reparations and maintenance.
If you see any problem or damage on the common installations (corridors, halls, balconies, restaurant, inner square,…) you can contact the security personnel by phone (ext. 1020 or 696869713).
Cleaning
The cleaning of the building is done by an external company. The people responsible for the general services of the centres are in charge of processing the complaints and needs of each centre. In case of urgency (drips, broken things, etc.), you can contact directly with Security by phone (ext. 1020 or 696869713).
Conference Hall
There are two different prices for using the CPRBB Conference Hall: the internal price which is applied to all events organised by the PRBB centres, and the external price, when the organiser is a company or institution unconnected to the park. El·lipse
From PRBB we publish the newspaper El•lipse once a month. It is designed and elaborated in collaboration with the different centres. The editorial committee is formed by the responsible for communication of each centre and the Communication and Public Relations departments of the PRBB.
You can collaborate in any of the open sections, and make any comments or suggestions for new editions. For this, please contact the responsible for communication of your centre, or directly with Maruxa MartÃnez, scientific editor at the PRBB (phone. 1013, e-mail mmartinez@prbb.org)
