Ingredients:
1 ½ tasses de formatge semi curat ratllat 2 ous 1 tassa de farina de blat de moro. Una culleradeta de sal S’aixafa el formatge, es barregen els ous, la farina i la sal. Es fan boletes amb la massa i es posen a fregir en oli calent fins que comencen a crĂ©ixer i es tornen daurades. Als professionals els hi queden molt rodones, però a casa solen ser de formes variades, el que fa que es converteixi en un joc per tota la famĂlia descobrir quina forma tĂ© cada bunyol! Make ball shapes with the dough, and fry them in hot oil until they start growing and become brownish. Professionals make the balls perfectly round, but at home they usually have varied forms.
