The two-day capoeira workshop that took place in May was very successful amongst the partakers. So much so that the movements and songs they learned felt too little and they all want to learn more about this Brazilian martial art. And they will, with the new capoeira regular classes that are being organised and that will start next June at the PRBB.
Jordi, Aurea, Emre, and Gaja are some of the participants of the capoeira workshop. They work at different centres at the PRBB (CREAL, IMIM, UPF and CRG, respectively) and they didn’t know each other a month ago, but they are all going for a caipirinha together in a few weeks. Perhaps a scientific collaboration might arise out of this. Fun and new friendships, at least, are assured.
Capoeira classes will be once a week, from 7 to 9pm. The day is yet to be decided, so residents who want to join should send an email to comunicacio@prbb.com stating their day of preference.
El taller de capoeira, un èxit amb continuitat
El taller de capoeira de dos dies que es va fer al PRBB el 13 i 14 de maig, va tenir un gran èxit entre els participants. Tant és així que no n’hi va haver prou amb els moviments i cançons que es van aprendre i ara tots volen aprofundir més en aquesta art marcial brasilera. I ho podran fer, gràcies a les classes regulars de capoeira que s’estan organitzant i que començaran el proper juny al PRBB.

Treballen a diferents centres del PRBB (CREAL, IMIM, UPF i CRG, respectivament) i no es coneixien fa un mes, però aniran junts a prendre una caipirinha. Potser una col·laboració científica sorgirà d’aquí. La diversió i noves amistats, com a mínim, estan assegurades.
Les classes de capoeira seran un cop la setmana, de 19 a 21h. El dia encara no s’ha decidit, així que els residents que vulgueu participar, envieu un correu a comunicacio@prbb.com dient el vostre dia de preferència.
